VinCheck provides vehicle history reports based on a vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Reports include information sourced from NHTSA, insurance databases, and public DMV records. Reports are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Report Purchases

  • PDF report downloads require a one-time purchase fee as displayed at checkout.
  • Prices are set by the site administrator and are subject to change.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are provided only if a report cannot be generated due to a technical error on our end.
  • Once purchased, reports are accessible indefinitely from your account dashboard.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle history data is sourced from third-party databases and may be incomplete or inaccurate. VinCheck makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report. We are not liable for decisions made based on report data.

5. Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download report data
  • Share, resell, or redistribute purchased reports
  • Use automated tools to query the Service without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
